Hatherton Bowling Club, with Staffordshire County Council’s support, is replacing its ageing petrol mower with an electric model. This ensures a safe, sustainable green that keeps older people active and connected, while benefitting 2,000 Staffordshire bowlers in league matches each year.

Biddulph in Bloom Spring Bulb planting scheme. The purpose is to fill gaps where spring bulbs already exist and add further pockets of planting across the town of Biddulph use our volunteers, with children and teachers from local primary schools.

The weekly Memory Cafe at Christ Church Parish Hall, Tean, will offer a welcoming, non-denominational space for people with memory loss or dementia and their carers. Activities include crafts, conversation and reminiscence. Volunteer led, open to all in Tean, Checkley, Cheadle and district.
