To install a memorial bench for a very long standing Councillor that sadly passed away recently. He worked on Youth projects and was fundamental in getting tennis courts in Pattingham.

Newcastle-Staffs Foodbank supports people going through the most stressful and difficult times. At Christmas we want them to know they live in a community that cares for each other with a care box gift. Foodbanks are about more than food. We give people dignity and treat them with compassion.

We are an organisation called Kidsgrove Core made up of volunteers who organise inclusive and affordable events in Kidsgrove. Every year we host a Mother's Day afternoon tea, Halloween/Christmas party. We are hoping to expand and to do more next year which is what we will be using this money for.

Burntwood Community Table Tennis Club
Burtwood Table Tennis is open 50 weeks a year, Wednesday evenings at Burntwood Leisure Centre. Staffs County Council have recently supported the club with equipment upgrade and branded shirts to further promote the profile of the club.

When income isn't enough to cover essentials such as food and hygiene supplies, the pressure piles up at Christmas. Drawing on the support of the community in Newcastle-under-Lyme, we try to ensure everyone knows they are cared for, by providing care boxes for clients alongside food parcels.
