PHP Community Fund 2019-2020 Support Staffordshire The Voluntary Car Scheme provides journeys to medical appointments for local people who would otherwise find it difficult to attend. The Scheme is supported by over 40 volunteers including drivers who use their own vehicles for the journeys which include hospitals,GP's , dentists and opticians
